  1. If you've forgotten your TrulyBiz password, but remember the email address you used to register with TrulyBiz, follow these steps to regain access to your account:
    1. Go to our Login/Register page.
    2. Click Lost your password?
    3. Enter the email address you use for TrulyBiz and click Reset your password. (You'll be asked to click on a link and create a new password.)
  1. Please add in what your business sells or provides in the “Other” category on the sign-up page. You can also email to request a new business category.
  1. Unfortunately at this time a website or social media page is required to create an account and submit a listing. Because this can change at any given time, please follow us on social or subscribe to our newsletter to stay-up-to date.
  1. Please exhaust all opportunities to work directly with the Small Business to get this issue resolved.
  2. Keep in mind that we do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected
  3. If your efforts are unsuccessful, please email with your name, the Small Business you worked with and the date of purchase. This Small Business may be removed from the site if it experiences repeated complaints.

  1. We offer advertising options for Facebook and Instagram. Advertisements are available based on the length of time they will be visible on the site. Please email info@trulybiz.comto request information on our pricing structure.
  1. Don't see what you are looking by? Please free free to submit information on what type of small business you'd like to see. We will research and reach out the the small businesses in your area.
  1. We Accept all major credits cards. Paypal coming soon.
  1. We do not currently host international Small Businesses. All Small Businesses are based in the USA. If you would like to see this option in the future, please email us at to let us know.
